Paula's journey began when her mum made hampers for David Jones, and Paula found herself drawn to the potpourri and scents that filled their Bayswater factory. 

Eighteen years later, ten of those in Blackburn, she’s grown Taylor Francis into a blend of retail and online fragrant success. 

Paula is grateful for the loyal local customers and long-time team members Karley and Samantha who have become part of the family.
