When Kia, Alireza and Fariba moved from Iran to Australia in 2021, they brought with them over 30 years of business experience and a dream to start fresh.

Opening Vermont South Deli during pandemic lockdowns came with challenges, from language barriers to uncertainty, but the warm Whitehorse community welcomed them with open arms.

Today, they work side by side in their family-run deli, sourcing from more than 30 trusted suppliers to bring locals quality produce with a personal touch.
