Owners Richard and Michelle opened the shop, driven by their passion for the violin and a belief that everyone should have access to music.

Habibi joined the team in 2022, and since moving to Mont Albert in early 2024, Whitehorse Music has continued to help local musicians stay in tune. Richard and Habibi are the in-house luthiers, handling repairs and set-ups, they are supported by a dedicated team behind the scenes.
