Founded by seven school friends who first learnt the art together in Australia, Hung Gar Yau Shu Martial Arts School (HGYS) has grown into a vibrant, community-driven school.

Based in Nunawading, it brings people together through martial arts, Lion Dance and cultural performances across Melbourne. Celebrating 40 years this year, HGYS invites people of all backgrounds to dive into cultural heritage without the need for language.
